The data I collect about you
Personal data, or personal information, is any detail about a person that can identify them. It does not include data from which the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

I also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data. Aggregated Data comes from your personal data. However, it is not seen as personal data by law because it doesn’t directly or indirectly reveal who you are.

Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data, and criminal convictions and offences.
I do not collect any sensitive data about you.

I aim to give you options about how I use your personal data, especially for marketing and advertising. Where I use your personal data for marketing communications, this happens based on your consent, or legitimate interests, which helps me grow my business.
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, I may send you marketing messages if (i) you bought something or asked for information about my goods or services, or (ii) you agreed to receive marketing messages and haven’t opted out since.

Google Workspace for email, managing contacts and calendar invitations. Google Meet for meetings, coaching calls and discovery calls, and Google Drive for storing documents. Read Google’s data privacy policy.

WhatsApp for ongoing communications. Read WhatsApp's privacy policy.

I will use your personal data only for the reasons I collected it. If I think I need to use it for something else, I will make sure it fits with the original purpose.

All third parties must keep your personal data safe and follow the law when they handle it. I do not let our third-party service providers use your personal data for their own reasons. They can only process your data for clear purposes and follow my instructions.

I do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Data security
I have set up security measures to stop your personal data from being lost, used, accessed without permission, changed, or shared. I also limit access to your personal data.
I have set up steps to handle any suspected data breaches. I will notify you and any relevant regulator where I am legally required to do so.
Data retention
I will keep your personal data only as long as needed to meet the reasons why it was collected. This includes any legal, accounting, or reporting needs. I might keep your personal data longer if there's a complaint or if there could be legal action regarding our relationship.
To decide how long to keep personal data, I look at:
The amount, nature, and sensitivity of the data
The risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure
The reasons I process your data and whether I can meet those needs in other ways
Any legal requirements that apply
I must keep basic information about my clients for six years after they stop being clients. This includes Contact, Identity, Financial, and Transaction Data. This is required by law for tax purposes.
If you are not a customer, I will retain your data for 2 years following your last engagement with me.
I may anonymise your personal data in some cases. This means it can’t be linked to you. I might use this data for research or analytics. Once anonymised, I can use it indefinitely without notifying you.
Your legal rights

You will not normally have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). If you make a request, I have one month to respond to you. I may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. Or I may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

I may change this privacy policy from time to time – when I do, it will be updated on my website.
