Why take your coaching outdoors?

There is something transformative about coaching in nature. When we leave the "four walls" of our home or office, we give our minds permission to expand.

  • Walking creates a natural rhythm that helps thoughts flow. As your body moves forward, your mind often follows, making it easier to shift away from feeling "stuck" and toward new solutions.

  • In the quiet of a green space, the "noise" of daily life fades away. Nature provides a neutral, calming backdrop where you can think more clearly, dream bigger, and see your challenges from a different angle.

  • Sitting face-to-face on a screen can sometimes feel intense. Walking side-by-side removes that pressure. It creates a sense of equality and partnership, allowing for deeper reflection and those "aha!" moments to surface more naturally.

  • Being in nature is proven to lower cortisol (the stress hormone) and boost creativity. By the end of our session, you won’t just have a plan of action - you’ll feel physically refreshed and mentally lighter.

How It Works

Walking-coaching sessions are 60 or 90 minutes long and follow the same professional structure as my online sessions - just with the added benefit of fresh air.

This isn't a fitness test! We walk at a pace that feels comfortable for you, ensuring you have plenty of breath to talk and think.

Rain or shine

We can embrace the elements or have a "plan B" to move online if the British weather is truly against us.
